Privacy Notice under the Personal Data Protection Law

1. Identity of the data controller

Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller for the personal data obtained through this website is Misaklex Law Office, belonging to Attorney Mustafa Abdulfettah (address: Karagümrük, Küçük Çeşme Sk. Bina No: 4 Daire No: 1, 34093 Fatih/Istanbul).

2. Personal data processed and how it is collected

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your name and surname, your telephone number or e-mail address and the message you send us. This data is collected directly from you, at the moment you write to us or call us. The site does not contain a contact form that collects your personal data. No third-party cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking are used on the site (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of processing

The personal data you share is processed solely for the purposes of assessing your request, contacting you and arranging a preliminary information meeting. It is not used for any marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK ("processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract") and, where applicable, your explicit consent (Article 5(1) of the KVKK).

5. Transfer of personal data

Personal data obtained by e-mail or telephone is not shared with third parties or with any recipient group abroad, except where required by law.

6. Automatic translation service

Uzbek, Turkmen, Kyrgyz and Kazakh versions of the site are provided through Google’s website translation service. When one of those languages is selected, the texts published on the page are sent to Google servers for translation and a cookie holding your language preference is placed in your browser. Personal data such as your contact details is not transferred to that service. For details, please see the Cookie Policy.

7. Retention period

Your personal data is kept for as long as is necessary to conclude your request and to comply with any legal obligations; at the end of that period it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to apply to the data controller in order to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; request that such correction or erasure be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result adverse to you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems; and claim compensation for any loss suffered as a result of unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

To exercise the rights listed above, you may send your requests, together with documents establishing your identity, by e-mail to info.misaklex@gmail.com. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days, according to its nature.
